
Sadly, I will have to cook it though,
cus I'm the only one that cooks in the household.
Prob. why I gained so much weight too.
So what I am getting at here is that...
I'm going to avoid eating 'whole meat'.
There's several ways to intake some Protein.
I'm going to see if this changes anything in my eating habits.
I usually just eat at night but around that time I'm starving my ass off.
I usually forget to eat most of the day, that is prob.
the reason why I'm at this weight today--
also, I haven't been exercising, it's been roughly half a year
since I went to the gym when Sarah cancelled her subscription,
I did as well.
I regret it.
So, I'm going to try this thing on my own,
with of course exorcise, I own a ton of work out vids
dunno why I never thought of this,
ANYWAY---
So, it'll be hard, I'm going to try for a week or so,
pretty much what people do when they give up things,
"Lent"? I think?
I dunno, doesn't hurt to try something new,
maybe it'll help my weight issues.
NTS: Drink more water. Avoid the rice! lol. :[
AND SAY NO TO ANY KIND OF OIL!
